For my Birthday last year LG got me a sweet new Apple TV. It’s been set up and rocking my entertainment world for some time, but today I decided to take it to the next level. Using a patchstick from Google Code i installed some new software, then had to SSH my way into the back end of the ATV to get around a bug created by the recent ATV firmware upgrade.
But the results are worth it. My ATV can now play Hulu and almost any other video codec around. W00t!
