Banks know that everyone comes on Friday afternoon. They know this, yet still they are always understaffed.
Today the manager comes down and says “hello”, asking everyone how they’re doing; meanwhile there is a perfectly good window he could be working and moving the line ahead 25% faster.
He looked displeased when I informed him of this.
